600 kilometres in three days with dream Alpine backdrops in the Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Graubünden and Liechtenstein. The 620 kilometre course leads on the first day through the high Alpine mountain landscape of Montafon and into the Bregenzerwald, cutting across the Bludenz alpine region and onto the Arlberg, thence to the destination for the day, Schruns.
On the Friday, the sprightly vintage cars climb through the 34 hairpin bends of the Silvretta-Hochalpenstraße up to 2,032 m. At the foot of Piz Buin, they drive on the Tyrolean side through the Paznauntal valley to Landeck, motor through the magnificent Unterengadin, climb the 2,383 m high Flüelapass and return via Davos and Liechtenstein to Montafon. The destination for the day, after 330 exciting kilometres, is Gaschurn, which welcomes the participants with a jolly village Festival …
On the Saturday, the “Silvretta Classic Rallye Montafon” stays where it began eleven years ago: in the dream surroundings of the Montafon alpine valley. The finale with the circuit test in Vandans is traditionally a special experience for both participants and spectators.
